Shipping

• Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders to the lower 48 states.
• US Orders Only: This policy applies only to US orders.

Cancellations

• Pre-Shipment Cancellations:
  If you cancel an order before shipment, a processing fee will be applied:

  • 2.9% fee for Visa/MC transactions
  • 3.9% fee for Amex transactions

• Custom Orders:

  • Putting Green Orders: Must be cancelled within 24 hours of processing payment; after 24 hours, cancellation is not possible.
  • Buyers are responsible for verifying all dimensions before placing a custom order. The quote sheet is considered official once the invoice is paid, and by completing the order, you acknowledge and accept these dimensions.

Returns

• General Returns:

  • All returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Products must be returned in like-new condition. Items not in like-new condition will not be credited.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Pro Putt Systems Products:

  • Returns for reasons other than damage or poor workmanship will incur a 15% restocking fee due to repackaging, re-packing, and inventory processing.

• Non-Returnable Items:

  • True Strike Accessory products (tees, tee receivers, and strike mat replacements) are not returnable under any circumstances.

Damage & Delivery Issues

• Damaged Packaging:

  • If you receive damaged packaging, request that the truck driver note the damage at delivery. This documentation is necessary for Big Horn Golfer to file a damage claim.
  • Shipments not reported as damaged at the time of delivery will be considered accepted by the customer.

• Damaged Boxes:

  • If damaged boxes are noted at delivery and the product inside is damaged, we will replace those parts at our expense.
  • Any missing boxes must be reported to the shipping company immediately. Please verify the number of boxes received against the shipping records before signing the bill of lading. Big Horn Golfer cannot replace missing freight that was not reported at the time of delivery.

• Lost or Stolen Items:

  • Products occasionally get lost or damaged by freight companies; your cooperation helps us hold carriers accountable.
  • For UPS deliveries, any stolen items are the responsibility of the receiver. If you live in a high-crime area, please have your items shipped to a secure third-party receiver.
