Refund policy

 

If you need to exchange your product, you may do so within 30 days (some exclusions apply). Customers are responsible for all shipping expenses associated with returns or exchanges.

Not all orders can be returned once shipped. We source our products directly from the manufacturer, and if a manufacturer does not allow returns, we are unable to issue a refund. Return eligibility varies by brand and product, so please reach out for specific details or review the policy listed on the individual product page.

Due to the rising cost of LTL/freight shipping, any non-replacement returns will incur a 15% restocking fee in addition to return shipping charges. If you are exchanging the item for another, we may be able to assist with part of the cost depending on the product.

When placing an order, you acknowledge the following terms of the Exchange Agreement:

  • I understand I must inspect all packages upon delivery, document any damage with photos, and send them to info@indoorgolfessentials.com within 24 hours.

  • I understand I am responsible for return shipping and the cost of shipping any replacement products.

  • I understand items must be unused and unopened to qualify for a return. Additional restocking fees may apply.

  • I understand that once my order has left the warehouse, I am no longer eligible for a full refund.

  • I acknowledge that any order must be canceled within 24 hours to avoid a 3% payment processing fee.

  • I understand that returns for shipped orders will incur both return shipping and restocking fees (usually around 15%).

  • I understand that custom or made-to-order items may carry up to a 25% restocking fee if canceled after production begins.

  • I understand that shipping timeframes listed on product pages are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

  • I agree not to cancel or dispute a payment due to shipping delays caused by manufacturer or logistical issues beyond Indoor Golf Essentials’ control.


Damages

Please check the condition of your item(s) upon arrival. If any damage is visible, make a note of it on the delivery receipt. For damaged products, email info@indoorgolfessentials.com within 24 hours with photos of the damage, packaging, and product, along with a short description of the issue. We will file an insurance claim for you. Claims filed after 24 hours are not valid. We guarantee that you will receive a fully functional replacement at no additional cost.


Warranty

Warranty terms depend on the manufacturer—see product pages for details. Warranties cover issues arising over time through normal use. Damage reported after 30 days is not considered a warranty claim.


Returns

Our standard return policy states that customers are responsible for all return shipping or reconsignment costs resulting from customer error unless stated otherwise on the product page.


Products Excluded from Returns

  • Carl’s Place Custom Orders: Custom Enclosures, Impact Screens, Built-In Kits, Padded Walls, Ceiling Panels, and Curtains cannot be returned or refunded once shipped.

  • Custom Orders: All made-to-order or special-request products are final sale.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase to avoid incurring a 3% payment processing fee. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@indoorgolfessentials.com If the order has already been processed and shipped from the warehouse, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping in addition to the 3% payment processing fee. Any cancellation requested after the order has shipped will be handled under our standard 30-day return policy. In this case, return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees will be the responsibility of the customer.


Price Matching

If a product’s price drops more than 24 hours after purchase, we cannot issue a price adjustment. However, if the item is still within the return window, you may return it while covering applicable fees (typically ~15%). For price match requests within 24 hours of purchase, email info@indoorgolfessentials.com.


BOGO Promotions

For “Buy One, Get One” promotions, both items must be returned together for a full refund. If only one item is returned, you may receive a replacement or store credit equal to its standalone value. If the order has shipped, you are responsible for return shipping and potential restocking fees. Refunds are only issued to the original payment method.

Chargebacks

Our support team is here to help and will work quickly to resolve any issue. Our policies are designed to be fair and transparent. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback, we will do everything possible to make it right.

Customers who submit fraudulent chargebacks may face legal action for theft. If you have not received your product or need help with an order, please reach out to us first.
