Shipping Time
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a separate email with tracking information.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.
If your order is delayed due to a high order volume or carrier-related issues outside of our control, we will reach out to confirm whether you’d like to proceed with your order.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Approved returns will be refunded for the full order amount (exclusions apply). For more details, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
Cancellations (Before Order Ships)
Orders must be canceled within 24 hours to avoid a 3% merchant processing fee. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@indoorgolfessentials.com.
If your order has already shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping fees in addition to the 3% merchant processing fee. Once an order has left the warehouse, it will be treated as a standard 30-day return and may also be subject to restocking fees.
Certain items—including made-to-order or custom products—may incur up to a 25% restocking fee if production has already begun but the order has not yet shipped.
Cancellations of Custom Orders
All custom and made-to-order products are final sale. These items are produced specifically for your order and cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned once production has started.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@indoorgolfessentials.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We’ll evaluate the issue and work with you to reach a resolution.
