HomeCourse Side Netting provides an added layer of protection, keeping mishit golf balls within the hitting area. Side barriers are highly recommended when using the HomeCourse ProScreen 180 Retractable Golf Simulator Screen for a safer practice experience.

Returns & Refunds

Return Policy:
We accept returns and exchanges for undamaged items within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse.

Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee of 15% of the order total will apply to all returns, in addition to return shipping and handling charges.

• Provide Details: Include your 5-digit order number and photos of all items you wish to return.
• Approval Required: All returns must be approved by the manufacturer. Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
• Refund Process: After the items are received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please ensure that the products being returned are in their original retail packaging, including all accessories and protective materials.

Warranty Policy

HomeCourse® provides a one-year manufacturer’s warranty starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers the following replacement parts: motor, pro-arm netting, sky netting, and projection screen. The warranty does not cover:

• Product abuse or neglect due to consumer misuse
• Repairs by a third party
• Customer alterations or modifications
• Damage caused by consumer mishandling
• Normal wear and tear of product (The projection screen is a wear item)
