Returns & Refunds
Return Policy:
If your Optoma product is defective due to a manufacturing issue, you may return it to the place of purchase within 14 days for a replacement. The product must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories and packaging. For warranty repairs, please follow the standard warranty procedure.
