- Indoor Golf Essentials does not provide warranties, guarantees, or insurance coverage for on-site labor beyond the planning, design, and coordination services explicitly described. Any installation-related risks are assumed by the independent installer performing the work.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indoor Golf Essentials shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from installation services. - Proper electrical receptacles, dedicated circuits, and conduit installation
- Removal of furniture and full site accessibility

Indoor Golf Essentials relies on customer-provided measurements, photos, and specifications when creating design plans. Any inaccuracies or incomplete information discovered on-site may result in delays, rescheduling, additional service fees, or required adjustments to the approved layout.

Before scheduling installation, customers must review and approve the final room layout and execute the required Installation Authorization and Release Agreement. The assigned installer details will be included in the final confirmation package. Completion of purchase and documentation constitutes acceptance of these terms.
