Limited Warranty Coverage
Indoor Golf Essentials provides a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery on Full Swing units. This warranty covers defects in materials, workmanship, and functionality under normal use. The warranty remains valid only for the original purchaser or gifted recipient.
If a defect arises during the warranty period, Indoor Golf Essentials will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the unit using new, used, or factory-refurbished parts.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:
Physical damage from drops, strikes, misuse, neglect, theft, fire, flood, or other acts of God
Use of non-approved accessories (e.g., third-party chargers or cables)
Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications
Liquid damage or exposure to wet environments without the appropriate power cover
Normal wear and tear (e.g., worn cables)
Electrical issues including power surges or inadequate heating
We’ll coordinate with Full Swing to issue a prepaid return label and a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number
Returns without an RMA will not be accepted
After inspection, Full Swing will repair or replace the unit at their sole discretion.
