Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Contiguous U.S.)

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE FedEx Ground Shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Orders are shipped the next business day after placement.
  • Pricing: Most products include free shipping; any additional charges are clearly noted on each product’s detail page. Items marked “Free Shipping” apply only to the continental U.S.
  • Alaska & Hawaii: A handling fee will be applied per order.
  • P.O. Box Deliveries: If shipping to a P.O. Box, please provide a full street address.

Amazon & Special Shipments

  • Amazon Orders: Processed directly by Amazon and subject to their shipping guidelines.
  • Separate Shipments: Nets and mats ship separately. For further details, please contact info@indoorgolfessentials.com

International Orders

  • Shipping charges for orders outside the USA are calculated at checkout.

Holiday Shipping Notice

  • Peak Times: During major gift-giving holidays, high volumes may delay delivery by a few days.
  • Recommendation: Order early to ensure timely receipt. Once an order has shipped, we cannot be held responsible for carrier delays, and late deliveries during holidays are not eligible for free shipping or shipping cost refunds.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • Return Window: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Requests after this period cannot be accepted.
  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for return shipping, though discounted rates are available.
  • How to Initiate a Return:

    • We will confirm the return’s eligibility, issue a return authorization number, and provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • Return Conditions:
    • Items must be in their original packaging, include all parts and accessories, and be free from damage.
    • Products must be like-new and, for technology items (e.g., launch monitors, projectors), undamaged and unregistered.
    • Items not meeting these criteria may incur a restocking fee of up to 15%.
  • Damaged Items:
    • If your product is damaged upon arrival, note the damage at delivery and email photos to info@indoorgolfessentials.com within 24 hours.
    • Indoor Golf Essentials will cover return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise. (Note: Items damaged after use are non-refundable unless covered under warranty.)
  • Refund Process:
    • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days, with the refund amount adjusted to account for any restocking fee and return shipping costs.
  • Cancellations:
    • To cancel an order, contact our customer service immediately to avoid return shipping fees.
    • Cancellations made before shipment receive a full refund. Orders canceled after shipment will be processed under our 30-Day Return Policy and may be subject to restocking and shipping fees.

Warranty

Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing Indoor Golf Essentials. We take pride in our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.

Netting Warranty:

  • Duration: 60 days.
  • Coverage: Covers tears in the netting under normal use and care.
  • Claim Process: If the netting becomes torn or damaged due to a manufacturing defect within the first 30 days of ownership, please contact us for a warranty claim.

Frame Warranty:

  • Duration: 1 year.
  • Coverage: Covers frame parts that break due to manufacturing defects or material failure.
  • Exclusions: Does not cover damage from customer misuse, twisting, or exposure to weather conditions.
  • Claim Process: If your Spornia net is found defective within the warranty period, contact us for a claim. If approved, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion—covering parts and labor costs if a repair is necessary.

Warranty Claim Requirements & Exclusions:

  • Documentation: All claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase. We reserve the right to inspect and evaluate the product.
  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from cut or scuffed golf balls, misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, improper installation, modifications, unauthorized repairs, or exposure to weather conditions (e.g., wind, sun, snow, falling branches, hail, lightning). It also does not cover property damage (e.g., broken windows, wall damage, TVs, computers) caused by a ball passing through a net.
