Warranty Policy

Coverage

Indoor Golf Essentials offers a 2-year limited manufacturer defect warranty from the date of original purchase for The SportScreen and The SportScreen Golf Studio. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

To qualify, you must provide:

• Proof of purchase (original receipt)
• Photos of the defect(s)

If found defective under normal use, we will repair or replace the product at no cost to you, subject to the conditions below.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty does not apply to:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, or improper installation/use
• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, paint chips, corrosion, or discoloration
• Parts or accessories expected to wear out over time
• Repairs made or attempted by unauthorized persons
• Reconditioned or refurbished products (unless stated otherwise)
• Products altered with non-original parts
• Component parts from other manufacturers (these are covered by their own warranties)
• SportScreens used for golf, unless specified as SportScreen Golf Studio models

SportScreen Golf Studio Warranty

• Applies only when a SportScreen Golf Studio Impact Screen is used or purchased through an authorized distributor
• If used outdoors, the warranty is void (Golf Studio is for indoor use only)
• Impact Screens are not included in the general warranty

Impact Screen Wear & Tear Loyalty Warranty

• Offers 20% off MSRP for replacement screens due to normal wear and tear
• Requires:
  • Registered warranty
  • Proof of purchase
  • Photos for verification

Build A Studio Components

• Covered by a 60-day limited warranty
• Coverage applies only if parts are unmodified and not DIY-altered
• Custom-parted components are non-refundable

Limitations of Liability

Indoor Golf Essentials is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

This warranty grants specific legal rights. Additional rights may vary by state or province. Nothing in this warranty limits or overrides rights under applicable law.

Shipping Information

Indoor Golf Essentials uses a variety of shipping carriers to ensure the best rates for our customers. Shipping times vary by product type, and tracking information will be provided once your order has been processed.

Free Shipping is available to Canada and the contiguous United States. Shipping rates apply for all other locations. We do not ship to PO boxes.

Estimated Lead Times:

• Golf Studios: 7–12 business days
• Standard SportScreens: 1–3 business days
• Custom SportScreens & Custom Golf Studios: 10–15 business days

Note: Lead times are for internal processing. Courier transit times may vary and may increase during peak seasons.

Delivery Issues & Support

If your package experiences delivery issues, first contact the carrier directly using the information provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Re-Delivery Costs
If a package is not received despite being out for delivery, any re-delivery fees will be the customer’s responsibility. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for most items. Please review the following conditions:

• Shipping costs, taxes, customs, and brokerage fees are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses.
• Canceled orders prior to shipping will incur a 4% administration fee.
• Returned items are subject to a 35% restocking fee. Once received and inspected, 65% of the product value will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• If your return is not received within 15 business days after approval, contact us at info@indoorgolfessentials.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Gift cards
• Custom SportScreens
• SportScreen Golf Studio products
• Products damaged by customer misuse or improper installation

Sizing Note: Customers are responsible for accurate measurements. Returns due to sizing errors are subject to the same 35% restocking fee and return shipping costs.
