Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

HomeCourse Golf offers free shipping on orders within the U.S. and territories, excluding PO Boxes and Rural Routes. Shipping times may vary depending on product availability.

Shipping Details

  • Standard shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Orders to a PO Box or Rural Route: 7–10 business days
  • Orders to an APO/FPO/DPO address: 3–5 weeks
  • Some options may have their own shipping charge
  • You will be notified before checkout of any shipping expenses

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged product, you must:

  1. Note the damage upon signing for the delivery.
  2. Forward photos of the damage to info@indoorgolfessentials.com

HomeCourse® will reship a new product to you as quickly as possible.


Return Policy

We are confident our consumers will be fully satisfied with their HomeCourse® purchase. If for some reason you wish to return the product, we will gladly work with our valued customers to accept returns and exchanges of undamaged products within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Shipping will be at the expense of the customer.
  • Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the undamaged unit at our warehouse facility.
  • Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, as well as return shipping & handling fees.
  • Please ensure that the products you are returning are placed in their original retail box with all accessories and protective packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact info@indoorgolfessentials.com for a return authorization code and details on scheduling a return.


Damaged Products

HomeCourse® takes pride in ensuring every item is delivered to our customers undamaged. However, if you receive a product that was damaged during shipping, you must:

  1. Note the damage upon signing for the delivery.

HomeCourse® will reship a new product to you as quickly as possible.

Warranty

Warranty

HomeCourse® offers a full one-year manufacturer warranty on the product for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

The manufacturer warranty covers replacement parts for:
✔ Motor
✔ Pro-arm netting
✔ Sky netting
✔ Projection screen

The warranty does NOT cover:
✖ Product abuse or neglect due to consumer misuse
✖ Repairs by a third party
✖ Customer alterations or modifications
✖ Damage caused by consumer mishandling
✖ Normal wear and tear (The projection screen is a wear item)
