Warranty

General Warranty

When you purchase a new NVISAGE product, you receive a 12‑month warranty.


Warranty Period

  • Duration: The warranty lasts for 12 months from the date the product is first purchased.
  • Proof of Purchase: If you cannot provide proof of purchase, the manufacture date recorded by Indoor Golf Essentials will serve as the start of the warranty period.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damages
  • Failures resulting from improper installation, operation, cleaning, maintenance, or testing
  • Unauthorized modifications or servicing, including the introduction of third‑party software not specified as compatible (such modifications void the warranty)
  • Introduction of viruses or malware caused directly or indirectly by the user
  • Damage from misuse, including impacts (e.g., ball or club strikes, drops), weather exposure, accidents, disasters, power surges, or other hazards beyond Indoor Golf Essentials's control

Warranty Services and Procedures

  • Support Request: Submit a support request via our email at: info@indoorgolfessentials.com
  • Out-of-Warranty Support: For products no longer under warranty, troubleshooting support is available; however, you will be responsible for any repair, diagnostic, or shipping charges.

Before authorizing a repair or replacement, Indoor Golf Essentials may ask you to:

  • Restore the product to factory default settings
  • Install updates, patches, or service packs
  • Run diagnostic tools or programs on the product
  • Allow remote diagnostic access by a Indoor Golf Essentials technical support agent
  • Perform other reasonable troubleshooting activities to help identify or resolve the issue

Return Authorization

If remote troubleshooting does not resolve the issue, the product must be returned using the Return Material Authorization (RMA) process. Indoor Golf Essentials will provide:

  • An RMA number along with a shipping label and detailed return instructions
  • Timeliness: The product must be received by Indoor Golf Essentials within 15 days of the RMA issuance, along with proof of purchase

Indoor Golf Essentials will evaluate the warranty claim and, if valid, decide whether to repair the defective parts or replace the product with new or refurbished components that are functionally equivalent or superior. Products repaired or refurbished by Indoor Golf Essentials or its authorized service agents will remain covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Note: No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. An RMA number does not automatically guarantee service or warranty coverage.


Return of Product

  • For Valid Warranty Claims:
    Once Indoor Golf Essentials completes the repair or replacement—even if you disagree with the offered repair—the product will be returned to you using the agreed RMA method.

  • For Invalid Warranty Claims:
    If your warranty claim is deemed invalid by Indoor Golf Essentials, you are responsible for all shipping costs, including the cost of the provided shipping label and return expenses. Should these costs remain unpaid, you will be notified of the outstanding balance. You will then have a 90‑day period to settle the payment before the item is considered abandoned. If no response or payment is received within this timeframe, Indoor Golf Essentials reserves the right to declare the item abandoned, claim damages (including storage costs), dispose of the product in accordance with relevant laws, and exercise any statutory right of lien regarding the unpaid charges.


Software Support

  • Hardware Warranty: This warranty covers only the hardware of the product.
  • Preinstalled Software: Indoor Golf Essentials will provide technical support for preinstalled software only as it relates to the proper functioning of the hardware.
  • Additional Software Issues: For other software concerns, please refer to user manuals, the Indoor Golf Essentials support email, or contact the respective third‑party vendors.
  • Data Loss: If the product is repaired, all user‑generated data may be permanently deleted.

The warranties provided above are solely extended to you and substitute all other warranties, whether written, oral, express, implied, or statutory. THERE ARE NO IMPLIED STATUTORY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A SPECIFIC PURPOSE. NO EMPLOYEE OR AGENT OF INDOOR GOLF ESSENTIALS OR NVISAGE IS AUTHORIZED TO OFFER ANY ADDITIONAL WARRANTY BEYOND THE WARRANTY DESCRIBED HEREIN.
