If remote troubleshooting does not resolve the issue, the product must be returned using the Return Material Authorization (RMA) process. Indoor Golf Essentials will provide:
Indoor Golf Essentials will evaluate the warranty claim and, if valid, decide whether to repair the defective parts or replace the product with new or refurbished components that are functionally equivalent or superior. Products repaired or refurbished by Indoor Golf Essentials or its authorized service agents will remain covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
Note: No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. An RMA number does not automatically guarantee service or warranty coverage.
For Valid Warranty Claims:
Once Indoor Golf Essentials completes the repair or replacement—even if you disagree with the offered repair—the product will be returned to you using the agreed RMA method.
For Invalid Warranty Claims:
If your warranty claim is deemed invalid by Indoor Golf Essentials, you are responsible for all shipping costs, including the cost of the provided shipping label and return expenses. Should these costs remain unpaid, you will be notified of the outstanding balance. You will then have a 90‑day period to settle the payment before the item is considered abandoned. If no response or payment is received within this timeframe, Indoor Golf Essentials reserves the right to declare the item abandoned, claim damages (including storage costs), dispose of the product in accordance with relevant laws, and exercise any statutory right of lien regarding the unpaid charges.
The warranties provided above are solely extended to you and substitute all other warranties, whether written, oral, express, implied, or statutory. THERE ARE NO IMPLIED STATUTORY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A SPECIFIC PURPOSE. NO EMPLOYEE OR AGENT OF INDOOR GOLF ESSENTIALS OR NVISAGE IS AUTHORIZED TO OFFER ANY ADDITIONAL WARRANTY BEYOND THE WARRANTY DESCRIBED HEREIN.
