Paired with the EYE XO2’s expansive hitting zone, the compact design of the Trouble Mat provides a dedicated space for rough and bunker shots while maintaining ample room for standard tee shots.
Designed to reduce spin, the Trouble Mat replicates real on-course rough and bunker conditions, ensuring authentic shot penalties when mishits occur—allowing for a more realistic simulator experience.
While optimized for EYE XO2, the Trouble Mat can also be used with other launch monitors, provided the hitting area is large enough to recognize different surfaces.

Returns & Refunds
Return Policy:
All product returns must be pre-authorized by Uneekor. The following items may be eligible for return if you contact us within the specified timeframes:

New launch monitor and base-level software: Within the earlier of 15 days after license activation or 60 days after receipt.

Refurbished launch monitor and related software: Within the earlier of 30 days after license activation or 60 days after receipt.

New accessories (excluding marked balls): Within 15 days of receipt.

Refurbished accessories (excluding marked balls): Within 30 days of receipt.
Restocking Fee:
All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Warranty Policy
For new EYE XO/EYE XO2 sensor units, Uneekor will cover repair or replacement if the unit is struck by a ball, for the lesser of two (2) years from delivery or up to two occurrences.
