Returns & Refunds
Return Policy:
You may return your product within 30 days of purchase. Eligible items must be in like-new condition, undamaged, and include all original packaging and accessories.
Restocking Fee:
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customers are also responsible for any shipping costs incurred during the return process.

Cancellations:

Warranty Policy
SurfThing, LLC guarantees that all new desktop and laptop systems are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for two (2) years from the original purchase date (the “Warranty Period”).
If a product fails under normal operating conditions due to a defect not caused by misuse, abuse, accident, unauthorized modification, or improper installation, SurfThing will, at its discretion:

Repair or replace defective hardware components at no cost.
- Provide free return shipping, including a pre-paid ground shipping label and, if needed, a suitable shipping box.

- If original packaging is unavailable, SurfThing will provide a suitable box and shipping label at no charge.

Repair Turnaround
Repairs are typically completed and shipped back within five (5) business days of receipt.
Data and Software
- For SSDs or storage device failures, SurfThing will make reasonable efforts to recover data, but data recovery is not guaranteed.
- Regular backups to an external drive or cloud service are strongly recommended.
- SurfThing will reinstall any original simulation software pre-installed at the time of shipment.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to misuse, negligence, modification, or unauthorized repair.
- Cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear.
- Loss or corruption of data.
- Software not originally installed by SurfThing, LLC.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SurfThing, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, downtime, or lost revenue.
Transferability
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
