Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery Method:
    We deliver products to the address provided at the time of ordering via Canada Post or an independent courier. Please note, no deliveries are made to post office boxes.
  • Shipping Costs & Timeline:
    Shipping costs are included with each order. Estimated delivery deadlines range from 2 to 7 business days (within Quebec), and shipping is limited to Canadian territory.
  • Order Confirmation:
    Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours—provided payment has been processed through Stripe. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at info@indoorgolfessentials.com.
  • Stock and Processing:
    Items are shipped subject to availability; stock is not guaranteed at the time of ordering. Orders placed during statutory holidays may experience slight delays.
  • Customer Responsibility:
    You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the product description, price, and billing details. If any corrections are needed, please promptly notify us at info@indoorgolfessentials.com
  • Billing Accuracy:

Warranty

1. Warranty Coverage

Indoor Golf essentials warrants that our golf enclosure parts will be free from defects for a specified period from the date of purchase. This policy applies only to buyers and authorized resellers who purchase products directly from Indoor Golf Essentials.


2. Covered Components

  • Aluminum Structure of Simulator Booth: 5 years
  • Panels: 1 year
  • Flooring and Turf: 1 year
  • Back Impact Mesh: 1 year
  • Hitting Mat: 1 year (fabrication defect only)
  • White Projection Screen: 1 year (fabrication defect only)

3. Third-Party Products

Indoor Golf Essentials does not support or provide any warranties on products manufactured or supplied by third parties purchased through any of our sales channels.


4. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage.
  • Damage resulting from improper installation, repair, or maintenance.
  • Acts of nature, including (but not limited to) power failures, electrical surges, fire, or flood, or any causes beyond our reasonable control.

Indoor Golf Essentials reserves the right to determine, in its sole but reasonable discretion, whether any warranty exclusions apply, either during remote troubleshooting or after examining the returned product.


5. Warranty Claim Procedure

  • Notification: You must notify us of any defect covered by this warranty within 7 days of discovering the issue.
  • How to Claim: Contact our customer support at info@indoorgolfessentials.com and provide proof of purchase along with a detailed description of the defect.
  • RMA Requirement: An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be issued by our support team prior to returning any parts to Indoor Golf Essentials.

6. Repair or Replacement

Upon verification of a valid warranty claim, Indoor Golf Essentials will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective part(s) free of charge. If the specific part is no longer available, a suitable replacement will be provided.


7. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning defective parts to Indoor Golf Essentials.
  • Return of Repaired/Replacement Parts: We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement parts back to you if the claim is covered under warranty.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Indoor Golf Essentials shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our golf simulator enclosure parts.


9. Modifications to the Warranty Policy

Indoor Golf Essentials  reserves the right to modify or update this warranty policy at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting on our website.
