The Carl's Place C-Series DIY Golf Simulator Enclosure Package is the ultimate one-click solution for building your home golf studio. It includes the Carl's Place DIY Golf Simulator Enclosure, your choice of impact screen, and all the most commonly recommended accessories—pre-bundled into one complete package.

Indoor Golf Essentials has removed the guesswork by bundling the ideal accessory configuration into a single listing. With the borderless bottom and seamless turf-to-screen layout, you'll enjoy a fully immersive experience from the very first swing. The enclosure is available in six size options with three screen material types, giving you the flexibility to fit almost any space.

Please note: This package does not include a hitting mat, putting turf, launch monitor, projector, or software. It includes only the components needed to build and complete your simulator enclosure.

What's Included

Your Choice of Impact Screen Material
Choose from Carl’s Place Standard, Preferred, or Premium impact screen materials. Each version offers a seamless, bottomless visual experience with minimal bounceback.

Net Wall Extensions
Attached to the enclosure frame, these catch stray shots to the left and right of the hitting zone. They attach with hook-and-loop strips and stay grounded using sandbags (fill not included).

Pipe Framing Kit & Steel Fittings
Includes pre-cut, black powder-coated 1" EMT pipes (cut to exact length for your enclosure size) and corner steel fittings. No cutting or hardware store trips required.

Foam Inserts
Custom-shaped foam strips sit behind the screen flaps to protect your frame from impact. They’re specifically designed for a snug, no-gap fit within the enclosure.



Safety Baffles
Two overhead baffles are included to catch high-launching shots and protect the top interior of your simulator.



Back Cover Kit & Back Cover Pipe Kit
The back cover blocks out light and creates a finished rear wall appearance, enhancing image projection and simulator polish.



Black Nylon Enclosure
A tough nylon surround creates a safe, enclosed hitting space while enhancing immersion.

Ball Bungees and Zip Ties
Includes 6" and 9" ball bungees plus releasable zip ties to mount your screen. Extra fasteners are provided so you can experiment with tension to suit your space, ball speed, and hitting distance.

Shipping Time

Processing Time:
All Carl's Place products typically require 1–2 business days for processing before shipment.

Delivery Time:
Most products, including enclosures, impact screens, hitting mats, hitting strips, swing cameras, and accessories, are delivered within 7–10 business days after processing.

Custom Product Delivery:

• Custom enclosures, impact screens, and Built-In Screens: 7–14 business days after processing.
• Built-In Panel Kits: 14–21 business days after processing.

Shipping Process:
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive tracking information via email. If you haven’t received a shipping notification, your order is likely still being processed.

Shipping Rates:
Most Carl's Place products qualify for free standard shipping. Due to their size and weight, Built-In Panel Kits require freight shipping, with charges calculated at checkout.

NOTE: Delivery times are subject to change and may vary based on carrier delays or other circumstances beyond our control. If any changes occur, we will make every effort to notify you promptly.

Returns & Refunds

Return Policy:
Products can be returned within 30 days if they are in like-new condition, undamaged, and include all original packaging and accessories.

Restocking Fee:
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Custom Orders:
Custom products such as Custom Enclosures, Impact Screens, Built-In Golf Room Kits, Built-In Screens, Padded Walls, Ceiling Panels, and Curtains cannot be returned or refunded once shipped.

Return Process:

• Contact Us: Email info@indoorgolfessentials.com to initiate your return request.
• Provide Details: Include your 5-digit order number and photos of all items you wish to return.
• Approval Required: All returns must be approved by the manufacturer. Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
• Refund Process: After the items are received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  

Cancellations:

• Orders must be canceled within 24 hours to avoid a 3% merchant processing fee.
• To cancel an order, please email info@indoorgolfessentials.com as soon as possible.
• If the order has already shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and the 3% processing fee.
  

Custom & Made-to-Order Products:
Select products, including made-to-order and custom items, may incur a 25% restocking fee if the order has entered production but has not yet shipped.

Warranty Policy

• Defects: Carl's Place guarantees its kits to be free from defects in both material and workmanship at the date of purchase.
• Coverage Limitations: The warranty does not cover parts damaged by use, modification, or normal wear and tear. Liability is limited to the original cost of the purchased kit.
• Warranty Claims: For warranty claims, you should contact us at info@indoorgolfessentials.com with a detailed description of the problem and proof of purchase.

It is recommended to inspect all items thoroughly upon delivery and contact us immediately if any issues are found.
