General Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your Motocaddy products, you may return the entire order—or part of it—within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please include your order number, name, and address on all correspondence. Once received in saleable condition, a full refund (excluding any applicable fees) will be issued, without affecting your statutory rights.
Order Cancellations:
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may examine your goods (removing them from packaging if necessary, but not using them). To cancel, you must notify us in writing (email or letter only) within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned in its original, saleable condition. If cancellation occurs after dispatch, you are responsible for return shipping at your own risk and cost. Items showing signs of wear or use may be non-refundable and returned to you.
Returns via Post or Courier:
All return postage costs are non-refundable. Free returns are not offered for incorrect or unwanted orders, except in cases where Motocaddy is at fault. We recommend using a signed-for or recorded delivery service to ensure the package is trackable. Should the package be lost, you will be required to provide proof of posting; failure to do so may result in a refusal of refund.
Faulty or Damaged Items:
If you receive an incorrect, faulty, or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service team at info@indoorgolfessentials.com before returning the product. For items under 30 days, we may arrange to collect and inspect the item at our expense. If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, a like-for-like replacement will be provided where possible. For items over 30 days, we will diagnose the fault and either send a replacement part, advise a local Service Agent, or organize a collection for inspection. If no manufacturing fault is found, the item may be returned to you. In cases where accidental damage or non-manufacturing faults are identified, repair services may be offered at an additional cost (with a quote provided in advance).
Refunds:
All refunds are processed to the original method of payment and in the original tender currency within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
