Indoor Golf Essentials offers a 12-month limited warranty from the date of original purchase on all Rapsodo Baseball, Softball, and Mobile Launch Monitor hardware. This warranty covers defects in materials, workmanship, and functionality under normal use. Remedies include, at our sole discretion:
Repair of the defective product
Replacement with a new or remanufactured unit
Full refund of the original purchase price
This warranty is valid only in the country of purchase and applies solely to the original purchaser. It is non-transferable.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage from misuse, neglect, abuse, or accidents (e.g., drops, ball or bat strikes)
Water or weather exposure (e.g., use in rain without protection)
Improper assembly, storage, wiring, or unauthorized repairs/modifications
Devices with removed serial numbers
Examples of misuse include:
Using the device without the required protective cage
Upon approval, you’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions
Ship the defective product (with proof of purchase) to the designated address
Returns without an RMA or proof of purchase will be sent back at your expense
You pay for shipping to us
