Finishing Styles

Every screen is available in multiple edge finishing styles to suit your install method.

Classic Finish
Includes 2.5" black vinyl borders with grommets around the perimeter (¾" outer diameter, ⅜" inner).

Classic with Flaps
Adds 7" flaps with 1" hook-and-loop fastener strips along all sides.



Classic with Loop Fastener
Includes 1" loop fastener strips around the entire perimeter.

Installation

Compatible With Carl's Place Enclosures
Works perfectly with C-Series DIY or Pro Series Enclosure Kits to keep balls contained in the hitting area.

Mounting to Frames
Attach to freestanding or ceiling-mounted frames using 6" Black Ball Bungees or 9" Black Ball Bungees. These are sold separately in customizable quantities.

Correct Side Orientation
Use the side marked with the Carl's Place logo (bottom left corner) to face the golfer. Only this side is reinforced for ball impact.

Aspect Ratio Consideration
Choose a screen that matches your projector’s aspect ratio for optimal image fit. If space takes priority, match the screen to your enclosure dimensions instead.

Care & Use

Keep It Clean

• Always use clean, white golf balls (no logos or dirt).

• Clean clubs frequently to prevent rust or turf marks from transferring.

• Store in a dry, clean area.

• Avoid long-term folding to prevent deep wrinkles.

Cleaning Instructions
Spot clean gently as needed. Do not machine wash or iron directly unless using a very low heat setting on the reverse side (at your own risk).

Distance From Screen
Stand at least 10–12 feet back for safety and performance.

Can It Be Ironed?
We don’t recommend it, but some users have lightly ironed the reverse side on a very low setting to reduce wrinkles. For best results, tension-mount the screen and allow it to settle over time.

Outdoor Use?
These screens are for indoor use only.

Fastening Options
Use ball bungees (6 inches or 9 inches) instead of tying directly through grommets to allow flex and reduce bounce-back risk.

How to Install Ball Bungees

• Thread the loop end through a grommet (rear side).

• Pull until the ball sits against the grommet.

• Wrap the cord around your pipe or frame.

• Secure around the toggle ball to create a loop.

Grommet Size
All grommets measure ¾" outer and ⅜" inner diameter.

Processing Time:
All Carl's Place products typically require 1–2 business days for processing before shipment.

Delivery Time:
Most products, including enclosures, impact screens, hitting mats, hitting strips, swing cameras, and accessories, are delivered within 7–10 business days after processing.

Custom Product Delivery:

• Custom enclosures, impact screens, and Built-In Screens: 7–14 business days after processing.
• Built-In Panel Kits: 14–21 business days after processing.

Shipping Process:
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive tracking information via email. If you haven’t received a shipping notification, your order is likely still being processed.

Shipping Rates:
Most Carl's Place products qualify for free standard shipping. Due to their size and weight, Built-In Panel Kits require freight shipping, with charges calculated at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Return Policy:
Products can be returned within 30 days if they are in like-new condition, undamaged, and include all original packaging and accessories.

Restocking Fee:
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Custom Orders:
Custom products such as Custom Enclosures, Impact Screens, Built-In Golf Room Kits, Built-In Screens, Padded Walls, Ceiling Panels, and Curtains cannot be returned or refunded once shipped.

Return Process:

• Contact Us: Email info@indoorgolfessentials.com to initiate your return request.
• Provide Details: Include your 5-digit order number and photos of all items you wish to return.
• Approval Required: All returns must be approved by the manufacturer. Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
• Refund Process: After the items are received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  

Cancellations:

• Orders must be canceled within 24 hours to avoid a 3% merchant processing fee.
• To cancel an order, please email info@indoorgolfessentials.com as soon as possible.
• If the order has already shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and the 3% processing fee.
  

Custom & Made-to-Order Products:
Select products, including made-to-order and custom items, may incur a 25% restocking fee if the order has entered production but has not yet shipped.

Warranty Policy

• Defects: Carl's Place guarantees its kits to be free from defects in both material and workmanship at the date of purchase.
• Coverage Limitations: The warranty does not cover parts damaged by use, modification, or normal wear and tear. Liability is limited to the original cost of the purchased kit.
• Warranty Claims: For warranty claims, you should contact us at info@indoorgolfessentials.com with a detailed description of the problem and proof of purchase.
