Shipping Information

Indoor Golf Essentials offers free ground shipping on orders over $35 within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or PO boxes. Any order with a PO box as the shipping address will be canceled and refunded.

Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.

International Orders
We currently only ship within the United States.

Warranty Returns

• Within warranty: We cover all shipping costs for returns.
• Out of warranty: Customer pays for return shipping and any repair costs; we cover shipping back to you.
• RMA Required: The RMA number must be printed on the packing slip and outside the shipping container.
• Packaging: Products must be securely packed to avoid shipping damage.
• We reserve the right to refuse and return, at your expense, any item not covered by warranty or found to have no issue.

Returns Policy

You may return:

• New products within 30 days of receipt
• Refurbished products within 14 days of receipt

Return Conditions:

• Product must be in the same condition as received
• Must include original packaging and all items included in the box
• Products that arrive damaged must be reported within 5 business days for a full refund

Refunds
We’ll refund the purchase price and sales tax (excluding shipping/handling) within 3–5 business days after inspection.

Shipping & Fees:

• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
• A restocking fee may apply if the item is returned with physical damage not caused by us or the shipping carrier

Special Cases:

• Orders including hardware & software are non-cancellable and non-returnable
• ZBD Guarantee: We honor a Zero Bright Dot exchange for monitors with even one bright pixel during the warranty period

General Coverage

Indoor Golf Essentials honors a limited warranty on all new and refurbished BenQ products purchased directly from us or an authorized retailer. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the applicable warranty period.

Warranty Periods

• New Products: Warranty duration depends on product type
  • Projectors: 3 years
  • Pre-installed projector lamps: 2,000 hours or 1 year (whichever comes first)
  • LCD Monitors: Includes Zero Bright Dot (ZBD) Guarantee
• Refurbished Products: 1-year warranty
• Accessories (e.g., ScreenBar, Desk Lamps, Instashow, treVolo, ideaCam, beCreatus Docking Station): Covered under standard warranty

Remedy

If a defect arises within the warranty period, Indoor Golf Essentials will either:

• Repair the defective product, or
• Replace it with a new or refurbished unit, at our discretion

Shipping Costs

• Covered: All shipping to and from our facility during the warranty period
• Packaging: Items must be returned in secure packaging to prevent damage

Warranty Claims Process

1. Proof of Purchase: Required (invoice or receipt)
2. RMA Number: Issued by Indoor Golf Essentials after troubleshooting
3. Returns: Must include the RMA number clearly on the packaging and packing slip
4. Inspection: After inspection, repair or replacement will be processed

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper installation
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Cosmetic wear and tear
• Products with removed or altered serial numbers
• Consumables like projector lamps beyond rated lifespan
