Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Policy

Indoor Golf Essentails offers free shipping on all U.S. orders over $300for Uneekor. For faster delivery or international orders, paid shipping options are available at checkout.

Lead Times
Lead times vary based on the product and season. Custom items like golf enclosures or screens may require additional production time.

Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery dates are based on current lead times and carrier information. Delays may occur due to carrier issues outside Indoor Golf Essentials's control.

Tracking
Tracking numbers are provided once your order ships so you can monitor its status.

Custom Orders & Oversized Items
Custom products (e.g., personalized balls, clubs) are not eligible for expedited shipping. Oversized items ship via Economy Ground, Express Ground, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air, based on your selection.

Payment, Taxes & Fees
All orders must be paid in full, including shipping, before shipment. Buyers are responsible for applicable taxes and fees.


Returns Policy

All returns must be pre-authorized. Eligible return windows are:

  • New launch monitors: 15 days after license activation or 60 days after receipt (whichever is earlier)
  • Refurbished launch monitors: 30 days after license activation or 60 days after receipt
  • New accessories (excluding marked balls): 15 days after receipt
  • Refurbished accessories (excluding marked balls): 30 days after receipt

Non-refundable: All paid software and software subscriptions.

Return Eligibility Conditions:

  • Wrong item shipped
  • Damaged or defective upon delivery (must report within 48 hours)
  • Product recall (if no safe or equivalent replacement available)
  • Return authorized at Indoor Golf Essentials's discretion

Return Process:

  1. Email info@indoorgolfessentials.com with:
    • Name, contact info
    • Order number
    • Product serial number
    • Reason for return
  2. If approved, you’ll receive:
    • A return shipping label
    • Instructions for return

Important Notes:

  • All returns must be unused, in original packaging, and undamaged.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
  • Returns in damaged/used condition may be refused or incur extra fees.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Unused prepaid shipping labels expire after 60 days.
  • Unauthorized returns will be sent back at your expense.

Warranty

Warranty Policy

Scope

This warranty applies only to buyers who purchase directly from Indoor Golf Essentials or a the official Uneekor Site. Warranties are non-transferable.


Equipment Warranty

Indoor Golf Essentials warrants that all new and refurbished hardware and accessories will:

  • Meet published specifications
  • Be free from manufacturing defects

Coverage Period: 12 months from delivery date (the “Warranty Period”).

Limited Strike Warranty

For new EYE XO/EYE XO2 sensor units, Indoor Golf Essentials will repair or replace the unit in the event of a ball strike, limited to:

  • 2 years from delivery or
  • 2 strike occurrences, whichever comes first.

All certified refurbished launch monitors carry the standard 1-year warranty.


Repair Parts Warranty

Parts installed by Indoor Golf Essentials or its authorized providers are warranted for:

  • 90 days from installation, or
  • The remainder of the original product’s Warranty Period (whichever is longer)

Otherwise, parts are sold AS IS. Refurbished parts may be used.


Peripherals Warranty

Consumable items (e.g., batteries, flash units) are warranted to be:

  • Defect-free and meet Indoor Golf Essentails specifications at the time of shipment.

Third-Party Products

Products from third-party manufacturers are not covered by Uneekor’s warranty. You must contact the third-party provider for support. Uneekor will assign any transferable third-party warranty rights to you, if permitted.


Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not cover issues caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidents, disasters, or force majeure (except strike warranty)
  • Improper storage, installation, or use
  • Failure to follow instructions
  • Environmental or electrical issues outside Indoor Golf Essentials's control
  • Unauthorized repairs or alterations
  • Using incompatible products or software
  • Viruses, malware, or third-party system changes

Indoor Golf Essentials determines exclusions at its sole, reasonable discretion.


Warranty Procedure

  1. Contact Indoor Golf Essentials Support before the warranty period ends.
  2. A troubleshooting session with support is required first.
  3. If unresolved, Indoor Golf Essentials will issue a Return Goods Authorization (RGA).
  4. Ship the product to Indoor Golf Essentials within 15 days of the RGA issuance.
  5. Warranty repairs are performed during normal business hours.
  6. After receiving a repair/replacement, you must notify Indoor Golf Essentials of any defects within 10 days.

Remedies

If Indoor Golf Essentials cannot repair the product after reasonable attempts, it will:

  • Provide a new or refurbished replacement (upon return of the defective unit), or
  • Refund the depreciated purchase price.

These are your exclusive remedies for breach of warranty.

Indoor Golf Essentials provides these warranties in place of all other warranties, express or implied. No Indoor Golf Essentials employee or agent may modify this policy.


Policy Updates

This warranty may be updated. The version in effect is the one posted on the date of your purchase. Please print a copy for your records.
