Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Methods: We ship orders via FedEx Ground, FedEx Express, or USPS, depending on the product.
  • Lithium-Ion Batteries: Products containing lithium-ion batteries are shipped exclusively via FedEx Ground. Ground shipping for these items is not available to Hawaii.
  • Freight Forwarders: Orders can be shipped to your preferred freight forwarder—please ensure all shipping details are correct when ordering.
  • Delivery Times: While our typical turnaround ranges from same-day to next-day shipping, please note that due to COVID-19, delivery times may be delayed by 1-2 business days. We are continuously working with our carriers to minimize these delays.

Returns Policy

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

  • Change of Mind Returns:

    • The cart must be completely unused, brand new, and in its original packaging.
    • A return authorization must be obtained by emailing info@indoorgolfessentials.com
    • Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned cart, minus $150 for shipping and processing fees.
  • Used Cart Returns:

    • The cart must be in its original packaging.
    • A return authorization must be obtained by emailing info@indoorgolfessentials.com
    • Refunds will be issued upon receipt, subject to a $150 restocking fee.

Warranty Registration - Cart Tek

At Indoor Golf Essentials, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless experience on the golf course. Our warranty policy protects the interests of the original/primary owner and is designed for products purchased for personal use. This warranty does not cover instances of abuse, alteration, theft, loss, or unauthorized usage, and it excludes commercial accounts or bulk purchases intended for resale.

Coverage:

  • Caddies, Parts & Electronics: 1-year warranty.
  • Accessories: 90-day warranty.
  • Lithium-Ion Batteries: 2-year warranty with prorated coverage based on usage (not time).

Support & Repairs:

  • Our customer service team is available by phone, email, or chat for troubleshooting and repair assistance.
  • Replacement parts are provided promptly with clear instructions to minimize delays.

Repair Shipping Charges:

  • Within the Continental US: Replacement parts will be expedited. During the first year, we split the shipping cost if your cart needs to be returned for repair. After the first year, customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
  • International, Alaska, and Hawaii: Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.

Legal Notice:

Certain jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. In these cases, your legal rights may vary according to regional regulations.
