Standard delivery takes approximately 7–10 business days after your order leaves our warehouse.

Returns & Refunds
Return Policy:
AccuGOLF accepts returns within 30 days of use or 60 days of receipt, provided the product is in resalable condition and not damaged. However, returns or cancellations made with the intent to repurchase at a lower promotional price are not permitted.
Restocking Fee:
All approved returns must arrive in new, unused, and undamaged condition with the original packaging intact. A 15–25% restocking fee will apply to all authorized returns.

Approval Required: All returns must be approved by the manufacturer. Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

Refund Process: After the items are received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Cancellations:
- Orders must be canceled within 24 hours to avoid a 3% merchant processing fee.
- To cancel an order, please email info@indoorgolfessentials.com as soon as possible.
- If the order has already shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and the 3% processing fee.
- Orders canceled after shipment will be treated as a standard 30-day return, and return shipping and restocking fees will apply.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products:
Select products, including made-to-order and custom items, may incur a 25% restocking fee if the order has entered production but has not yet shipped.
Warranty Policy
Coverage Period:
AccuGOLF provides a 2-year limited warranty on all golf simulator packages, covering defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase.
