Warranty Policy

One-Year Limited Warranty

Indoor Golf Essentials provides a 1-year limited warranty on all Voice Caddie hardware products, starting from the date of original purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

If a defect is confirmed, we will:

1. Repair the product
2. Replace it with a new or like-new, functionally equivalent unit
3. Refund the purchase price

Warranty service will only be provided once the defective product has been returned.

Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to:

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or use with non-Voice Caddie products
• Service or repairs by unauthorized providers
• Products or parts modified without written permission from Voice Caddie

Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Information (U.S.)

Indoor Golf Essentials offers the following shipping options for Voice Caddie products within the U.S.:

• FREE Ground Shipping (5–8 business days) on all products except accessories
  Excludes Alaska and Hawaii
• UPS 3-Day Select: 3 business days
• UPS 2nd Day: 2 business days
• UPS Next Day: 1 business day

Shipping Cut-Off Times:

• Monday–Friday: Orders placed before 3 PM ET are processed the same day
• Orders placed after 3 PM ET or on weekends will be processed the next business day

Additional Info:

• Delivery times reflect transit only and may vary by quantity and shipping preference
• Ensure shipping address and phone number are accurate to avoid delays
• All shipments are insured
• We do not offer gift wrapping
• International orders: Customer is responsible for any duties or taxes

Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied. Returns or exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

Eligibility:

• Product must be returned within 30 days of purchase
• Items must be in original condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation
• Applies only to purchases made directly through Indoor Golf Essentials

Return Process:

1. Email info@indoorgolfessentials.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
2. We’ll provide the return address and RMA details
3. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package

Processing:

• Allow 7–10 business days after receipt for processing
• You’ll be notified by email when your refund or exchange is complete

Important Notes:

• Returns not in original condition may be refused or incur extra fees
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability
• For international exchanges, duties, taxes, and additional shipping are the customer’s responsibility
